Having started with the firm as the office junior in 2001, Susan made the transition to our accounting and audit team a few years later, when an opportunity arose.

She performs a number of tasks from GST returns, annual accounts and tax returns through to the audit of financial statements. In her many years in the practice, Susan has acquired a broad range of experience and knowledge.

In August 2011, Susan was appointed as an Audit Senior to take responsibility for scheduling and monitoring our increasing audit workload.  She has since stepped back from this role to concentrate on tax and accounting work, and provides support to the audit team when required.

During her time with the firm she has completed her Bachelor of Business through the Open Polytechnic of New Zealand and qualified as an Associate Chartered Accountant.  She has also completed the International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) Programme, and her Xero Advisor Certification.
